Carpets are cleaned using hot water extraction.
Water is heated to a high temperature in the portable extraction machine and sprayed into the carpet at high pressure breaking up any soiling. The huge suction of the triple vacuums then draws out this soiling leaving your carpets as clean as possible.
Curtains are cleaned in position so avoiding the need for taking down or re-hanging. Specialist cleaning solutions and heated solvents are used thus eliminating any risk of colour change or bleeding. Cleaning will remove any stale odours that accumulate over time resulting in fresher, healthier and brighter looking curtains.
In most cases upholstery can be cleaned using hot water extraction. However, some fabrics may be water sensitive and therefore require cleaning with odourless solvents. Bulky loose covers and very heavily soiled cushion covers can be removed from site and machine cleaned.

Did you know ...
New carpets can shed fibres for a long time after installation, sometimes up to a year or more. This is the result of fibre left in the carpet during the manufacturing process and is quite normal. Removal of these fibres during vacuuming and other cleaning processes does not affect the appearance or the length of carpet life.
Did you know ...
Colour loss can occur in any fabric due, not only to exposure from direct sunlight, but also proximity to heating systems, household sprays, household cleaning agents and general wear.

Leather cleaning enhances the appearance by removing dirt and oils. The application of leather conditioner and protector helps to maintain the moisture content in the leather leading to a more supple and comfortable feel with greater resistance to cracks, wear and spillages.
Most rugs can be cleaned by either hot water extraction or solvent dry cleaning depending on the fabric and likelihood of colour run. Rugs can be cleaned on site if space and suitable location permits or alternatively they can be taken away to be cleaned and then returned.
Anti-stain protection reduces the absorbancy of natural fabrics by coating every fibre with an invisible UV stable protective layer. Soils are easier to clean and spills are easier to blot making maitenance easier and adding years to your investments.
Many factors may affect the outcome of stain removal and therefore no guarantee can be given that a specific stain can be completely removed. Whilst it is possible in most cases to at least improve on the current situation, all stain removal is carried out on a best endeavour basis.
